Location

Laurel holiday cottage is situated in the small village of Chale near the South coast of the Isle of Wight.

This is a two-bedroomed detached cottage, that also has the facility of two bed settees, and can accommodate six people comfortably.  

The cottage is available to rent on a weekly basis, and when available, for shorter lets.

Description & Layout

Entrance / Access:

From the roadside, steps lead up to the large patio and lawned garden.  

Reading Room

Entering from the front door, there is a cosy reading room to the left which provides comfortable chairs and settee / sofabed.

Lounge Area

The lounge on the right also offers comfortable furnishings ,together with an open fire (for log burning only), television/video/DVD and music facilities.  

To the back of the cottage there is another lounge area with settee / sofabed. French doors lead onto the patio at the front of the building, offering stunning views across the countryside.

Kitchen and Bathroom Facilities

This second lounge area leads on to the fully equipped modernkitchen and large open plan dining area.

Beyond this is the bathroom comprising of wc, bath and shower facilities.

Double Bedrooms

The upstairs comprises of two spacious double bedrooms.
